Quality Control Policy

MelTex Textile and Apparel Manufacturing is fully committed to the manufacturing and supply of high quality woven (gown/overcoat, overall, shirt and trouser uniforms) and Knitted (Polo shirt, t-shirts, vests, pant) apparels by designing, cutting, sewing and finishing of quality textiles fulfilling to the highest possible satisfaction of its customers.

The Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) requirements established, implemented and documented shall be maintained and continually improved in all of the company’s operations to fulfill and exceed the needs and expectations of customers and other relevant interested parties.

In order to assure quality through the supply chain, enhance customer satisfaction and the performance; the company shall

  • Manufacture and deliver products that meet the highest quality standards;
  • Consistently provide products that meet customer, applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and other obligations for quality;
  • Include quality strategies in the annual business planning processes as its integral part of operation;
  • Establish effective external and internal communications with interested parties such as customers, suppliers, contractors, employees and others relevant parties;
  • Ensure the sustainable, efficient and effective allocation and utilization of raw materials, energy and other resources;
  • Upgrade the knowledge, skill, competence and awareness of the employees;
  • Continually review the quality system to effectively manage risks associated with changes in inputs, processes, technologies and products;
  • Establish identification and traceability system;
  • Set up preparedness and response to emergency situations and accidents;
  • Continually validate, verify, review and improve the quality management system for the continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the system.

The waste management system policy shall be achieved through the joint effort, full participation and strong commitment of the management, employees and interested parties involved.

  • The quality policy shall be understood, communicated, implemented, maintained, measured at all levels of the company and updated on a quarterly basis.
